Accompanied by powerful tools of dance, breath, sound, plant, yoga, reiki, energy, movement, adornment medicine and connecting to the land, elements and the ancestors to elevate all of our sacred bodies. 

Attuning to receive divine visions, messages and activation codes our journey will commence on 11.11.2023 next to the great pyramids. An Earth portal of high magnetic resonance, honoring the visions that birthed this journey, we will tune into the Master Frequency 1111.

We’ll visit 11 magnificent temples, 5 tombs in the Valley of The Kings & Queens, travel through higher and lower Egypt on the Nile Cruise.

We close our journey with 3 nights in Hurghada, beachfront by the RED SEA.

The first 8 days are focused on historical immersion & connecting with the frequency and wisdom of this ancient high civilization.

Visit the last one of 44 Nubian towns and connect with the earth and the ancestors and let yourself be adorned with a traditional henna tattoo. Connect with the plant spirit of the Henna shrub.

Be mesmerized by all your senses of the market of herbs, resins, incense and luxury cotton textiles and carpets. The first paper comes from the plant Papyrus, learning about the exquisite craft of creating paper to the scribes and history of hieroglyphs. 

We will have the opportunity to spend 4 days by the the Red Sea, at our ocean front hotel. The ocean Yemaya will assist us in the integration of the experiences and activations that often occur in Egypt.

The First 8 days are focused on Egypt’s history and sacred sites and temples. Going back up to 7000 thousand years, some speculate maybe 35 thousand years.

The last 3 days are focused on slowing down, healing with self love practices, sound Bath, Yoga, Meditation, breath work, movement, ceremony, inward healing through touch sound and Reiki, which are tools to assist in integration of the journey.

Experience the Red Sea in Hurghada known for its high salt concentration, one might think you're in Heaven, while floating here receiving its gift of body cleansing purification.

Our Retreat will take us from Cairo to Luxor and Aswan, to magnificent cities and temples, through higher and lower ancient Egypt.

Visit one of the seven World Wonders: The Pyramids in Giza, The Sphinx, Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Karnak Temple, Queen Pharaoh Hatshepsut temple, Philae & Luxor temple. Visit Isis island & temple, travel on a Felucca boat like the ancient pharaohs, visit a Nubian town and get a traditional henna tattoo in Aswan and visit the original perfumery in Cairo. Experience the Red Healing Sea in Hurghada known for its high salt concentrations - one might think you're in Heaven, while floating on it. Our last three days will be spent at by the ocean, soaking in the sacred salt waters. We are fine tuning our offering schedule and creating timelines to create space for integration, adjustments and hydration.

Paola K Wong

Ceremony Songstress & Womb Movement Goddess, Plant Mama

As a Labor + Delivery RN and Prenatal Educator, Paola is a daily witness to women in their most powerful and vulnerable life changing and welcoming moments to becoming a mother.  She has used her personal and professional journey through the challenges of motherhood to dive deeper into her own spiritual healing journey. Her ancestral anchors connect Haitian folkloric and Afro-Cuban inspired womb dance with plants in all her ceremonies. This nurturing spirit brings great comfort to anyone going through their personal thresholds of life.

Paola is a mother, teacher, Plant Mama, medicine woman in her indigenous studies, and ceremonial songstress facilitating female womb empowerment thru holding and healing spaces.

She brings her wisdom, light and scars to all spaces she moves through as gifts to help connect with our inner child, activate our divine feminine Shakti and Yemaya energy through song and healing movement. Paola connects with the four elements of nature, our guiding ancestors and leads from these visions and messages to hold sacred space, ceremonial empowerment and healing.

Kiara Thompson
Reiki Master Healer, Artist

With a powerful captivating energy Kiara The Voice has chosen to share the present of stillness with all whom she connects with.

Through meditation, sound healing, and reiki infused massage therapy Kiara The Voice creates a vortex of peace enabling the release of tension in the mind body and spirit while restoring the light that exist within.

Activating your senses through sound, smell, and touch, Kiara creates space energetically for your body to release using the riches contained in earths finest medicines (hemp CBD, lavender arnica, rose, eucalyptus, copal, sage).

This reiki infused full body massage targets the tension stored in our bodies and gives it permission to release through a combination of deep breathing and targeting pressure points where many nerve endings gather. Concluding the massage at your head, Kiara places a warm eucalyptus towel over your face and begins to activate your third eye and loosen tension held in the eyebrows, eye sockets, cheek bones, jaw and neck.

Sound is the sense the we tap into as we bring our session to  s close. Kiara The Voice Sings of the balancing prayer of MAAT as the sound from  the crystal sound bowl begins to dissipate any remaining tension in the mind, body, and soul. Breathing and coming back to center Kiara begins to ground you into the energy of peace we have created in your space.

Chona Bernardo

Reiki Master Teacher & Yoga teacher

She uses Ashtanga &  Yin yoga techniques adding in hands-on Reiki healing  to deepen their stretches. 

Chona’s yoga experience brings awareness to the body so that it can reveal where healing is needed and transformation can take place.  Chona believes that the way in which we explore our edge on our mats is connected to how we can better control our emotions and connect to our spirit.  In order to reach our edge, we must go deeper within the mind and explore the uncomfortable places in the body using asana and meditation.   Her friendly and spunky personality brings forth inspiring words to create a safe space, allowing students to be tuned in, strong, and authentic on their mats.

Chona’s approach to teaching comes from the belief that how well we take care of ourselves is an offering to our world.  Her experience as a Reiki practitioner since 2009 showed her that by working through fear is when courage is revealed.  It is through our darkness that we find our light.  With a self-care practice using yoga, breathwork, meditation and Reiki, we can be uplifted and be of greater service to others. 

She has been blessing sacred spaces in Tongva land also know as Los Angeles. She shares her profound gifts in her own healing studio in Pasadena and at Namaste Highland Park, as resident Reiki practitioner and yoga teacher.

She also volunteers giving Reiki at the Huntington Hospital in Pasadena .

We are so lucky to have her join this sacred journey.
